Improve your fitness while raising money for a great cause!
Clients are often asking for different and fun ways to stay healthy & fit. Between now and February 18th there is a way to improve your fitness and raise money for the 6th Annual Climb the Wall: The StairClimb for Clean Air. Something as simple as breathing is a struggle for one in five British Columbians. The money we raise will contribute to medical research, asthma education, clean air initiatives, and so much more that the BC Lung Association does. So lets train together for the next 6 weeks and conquer those 739 stairs (48 stories). You can show your support by joining the Ted Loo Fitness team or by making a financial donation.
