Just a reminder to all you golfers out there. Now is the time to start getting ready for golf season if you haven’t started yet.
Focus on the following:
1. Strength training - gotta have some power
2. Core strength & endurance - if your back starts hurting your game goes
3. Twisting moves - getting sport specific
4. Ball work - hand eye co-ordination will help your short game
5. Flexibility - the easier you move the better your game
